The 81-year-old comedian has been sentenced to at least three years in prison for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004. Montgomery County Judge Steven O’Neill has deemed Cosby a “sexually violent predator.” Cosby was denied bail and will head directly to prison.
